Job Summary:

Ensure daily processing goals are met, and the processing team members meet their job performance goals. Accomplishing results by communicating job expectations and planning, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing company systems, policies, and procedures.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· Interviews, hires, and leads, and other staff as needed.

· Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

· Assigns tasks to staff to ensure that goals are met safely and accurately.

· Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

· Assist with reporting performance issues to the manager to prepare the proper corrective actions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and report concerns to DM’s.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Maintain workflow in the processing area by monitoring the different areas including spot inspections of quality control.
• Foster a spirit of cooperation and teamwork between the different areas of processing.
• Random timing of each employee to ensure they are meeting standard times for production.
• Proper storage of #1’s and #2’s cloth and seasonal miscellaneous.
• Recording of final numbers daily.
• Communication of production needs and concerns to the store manager as needed.
• Sorting and pricing of jewelry.
• Maintaining employee hours. Ensuring that there is no overtime unless the store manager approved.
• Informing manager of productions attendance daily.
• Executing the rag plan per the color tag schedule. Recording rag numbers.
• Maintaining and changing out of the grid walls/ mannequins.
• General oversight of products on the floor relating to racks being too full or too loose, etc.
• Communication of supplies needed to manage ensuring production never runs out of supplies.
• Ensure the store is secure at closing by checking if the doors are locked, alarms are set, and all safes are locked.
• Ensure all grid walls are switched out every 2-3 days and that display cases are cleaned and maintained.
• Any other duties assigned by the store manager.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Thorough understanding of Stores procedures and policies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to keep accurate records.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and software used to maintain inventory.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of related experience highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to traverse productionsales floor to observe physical inventory.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Working Conditions:

This can be a high stress position. There are times when the workload is heavy, and it is expected that this position handles that stress and continues to work and motivate the team to reach the goal.

You may be asked to mobilize to any of our other stores within the Dallas Metroplex to assist in operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
