Summary:
Mega Thrift is looking for an accountable Production Associate to assist with getting store merchandise ready for the sales floor as well as other assigned duties. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.
- Sorting, pricing, and sales floor placement of all store goods
- Assist in all departments including; Sales Floor (placingclothing on racks) Fitting Rooms (letting customers into fitting rooms),Customer Service (unlocking the bathroom door for customers), ColorCoordinating clothing on racks, removal of non-selling items from racks forrecycling.
- Pricing of clothing, shoes, and home goods
- Maintain clean and tidy production areas
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g.item price generating software, scanners, clothing tags and stickers)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- 18 years of age & older
- GED or equivalent tohigh school graduate

PhysicalDemands: The physical demands described here arerepresentative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully performthe essential functions of this job. Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. andstand for up to 6-8 hours per shift.
