Job duties:

• Operation of the ready mix batch plant, utilizing an automated computerized batching system.
• Ensure adequate material inventories in order to meet customer needs.
• Inspect plant facilities, equipment and ready mix units to assure required maintenance, housekeeping, truck cleaning and safety standards are being upheld. Troubleshoot and resolve plant maintenance problems to ensure efficient and reliable plant operations.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of reporting results from daily business.
• Control and minimize plant costs while providing a consistent quality product.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Must be comfortable working above ground level and climbing ladders.
• Previous plant technician or batching experience.
• NCDOT certification is a plus!
