We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team and will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, listening to customer needs and helping to guide them through the sale. This is a fast paced position with lots of day-to-day variation involved, so we are seeking individuals who are patient, outgoing, and possess a great sense of humor. The right candidate will also have prior sales experience, enjoy dealing with customers and be willing to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Display a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and other employees.
• Interact with customers in a pleasant manner.
• Move throughout the store as needed to assist customers.
• Be able to work flexible hours or hours that change depending on business demands.
• Make suggestions to customers regarding clothing, accessories, and other items to assist them in their shopping experience.
• Deal courteously with customers.
• Use clothing hangers to hang clothes.
• Tagging and pricing new items.
• Organizing and cleaning throughout the store.
• Offering assistance to coworkers.
• Being a go-getter!
