Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc., a human service agency supporting people with disabilities is actively seeking energetic, team-oriented professionals to join our Community Participation Supports team in the Community Work Center.
Do you have a strong commitment to assist others achieve their goals? Do you want to truly make a difference? Then we have a great opportunity for you as a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and training of supported individuals in the Employment & Training department.
The Community Work Center is open Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm and is closed on major Holidays. These are great work hours with paid Holidays off starting day one of employment!!
Full time staff are eligible for benefits including medical, dental and vision, paid vacation and sick days as well as a 401(k) Plan.
Threshold provides comprehensive paid training.

Requirements
- 30 credit hours from an accredited college or university -or- H.S. diploma/GED and one year working experience in industrial or with individuals who have IDD.
- Computer knowledge is a must
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Valid PA Driver's license
- PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver
- Pre-employment Drug Screen
- PA Criminal History Clearance
- FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years)
- Full Time Candidates must successfully complete a three-day Medication Administration Course
