Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc., a leader in supporting individuals with mental illness challenges, is seeking a Manager of Clubhouse Services for Mosaic House clubhouse. The clubhouse model is an innovative psychiatric rehabilitation program.

Responsibilities include working closely and effectively with staff and members to achieve the goals of the clubhouse while being committed to assisting individuals to achieve their personal outcomes. Must have the ability to handle psychiatric emergencies, fundraising and grant writing duties, ability to monitor a budget and willingness to learn medical assistance billing. Supervising the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Workers. Must have the ability to travel as needed.

The hours for the full-time position at Mosaic House are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm, with occasional Wednesdays until 6:00pm, occasional Saturdays and Holidays for special events.

*These are great work hours with most Holidays off and paid, starting day 1 of employment!

Full time staff are eligible for benefits including medical, dental and vision, paid vacation and sick days as well as a 401(k) Plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field, Master's Degree preferred
• 3 years experience in the Mental Health Field
• Experience with MH services in Berks County and Community Support Program (CSP) Principles preferred
• Demonstrated supervisory experience
• Valid PA Driver's License
• Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver
• Pre-employment Drug Screen
• PA Criminal History Clearance
• PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
• FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years)
• FBI Clearance (Department of Human services)
• Child Abuse Clearance
