We are seeking a full time in person skilled project manager to join our storage equipment sales team in the Lisle, IL office. Hours are Monday – Friday 8AM to 5PM.
This team works with current and prospective customers to develop pallet rack, shelving, conveyor, mezzanines and modular office solutions.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Autocad and Microsoft Office. Please do not apply if you do not have Autocad experience. It is a computer aided drawing software.
- Minimum 2 year previous project management experience or warehouse equipment sales office.
- Material Handling Industry experience preferred
- good oral and written communication skills
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- original Autocad design layout of material handling equipment in storage facilities
- procuring quotes for equipment from vendors
- providing quotes to customers
- ordering equipment from vendors
- tracking orders through freight companies and setting up deliveries
- supporting installation team, customer, and sales during project implementation
- assuring equipment is installed properly
- procuring permits if needed from cities
- US travel as needed for project coordination
