SUMMARY : Persons in this job will provide tier 1 and tier 2 technology support to district staff and students (clients).
Within the ITS department, these persons will assist Technician I and Technician III personnel as needed. Support consists of installing technology equipment and upgrades, troubleshooting, and resolving technical operational problems.
