Our mission isto alleviate patients' pain and sustain their well-being effectively, achievingan exceptionally high satisfaction rate. With locations throughout New Jersey,THSM adopts a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care, offering servicessuch as Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Occupational Therapy, Massage Therapy, andPhysical Medicine.
Job Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Provide high-quality patient treatment with autonomy to develop personalized treatment plans
- Patient care coordination to ensure comprehensive and effective care delivery
- Patient case management and setting treatment plans based on individual needs and assessments
- Generate internal and external patient referrals while maintaining patient autonomy in treatment decisions
- Attend internal and external company marketing events to promote autonomy in patient care practices
- Accurate treatment documentation to support continuity of care and patient autonomy in treatment plans
- Attend company trainings to enhance skills and knowledge for improved patient autonomy
- Adhere to company policies while exercising autonomy in treatment decisions within established guidelines
Office Hours:
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
