Who We Are: Thompson Healthcare & Sports Medicine (THSM), in partnership with AtlanticHealth Systems, is expanding our medical neighborhood rapidly. Our mission isto alleviate patients' pain and sustain their well-being effectively, achievingan exceptionally high satisfaction rate. With locations throughout New Jersey,THSM adopts a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care, offering servicessuch as Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Occupational Therapy, Massage Therapy, andPhysical Medicine.
Job Duties (Including but not limited to):

• Provide high-quality patient treatment with autonomy to develop personalized treatment plans
• Patient care coordination to ensure comprehensive and effective care delivery
• Patient case management and setting treatment plans based on individual needs and assessments
• Generate internal and external patient referrals while maintaining patient autonomy in treatment decisions
• Attend internal and external company marketing events to promote autonomy in patient care practices
• Accurate treatment documentation to support continuity of care and patient autonomy in treatment plans
• Attend company trainings to enhance skills and knowledge for improved patient autonomy
• Adhere to company policies while exercising autonomy in treatment decisions within established guidelines

Office Hours:

• Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Tuesday / Thursday: 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
