Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and specifications.
  • Ensure the highest quality of food presentation and taste.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and create new dishes.
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
  • Assist in inventory management and control.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for food preparation and kitchen operations.

Qualifications :

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized work area
