As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the dining room and ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. Your leadership skills, passion for hospitality, and dedication to delivering exceptional service will set the standard for our establishment.

Responsibilities:

Manage restaurant operations to enhance customer experiences.
Supervise and train dining staff for exceptional service.
Handle reservations and optimize seating arrangements.
Ensure accuracy in order taking and transmission to the kitchen.
Promote upselling and maintain a strong grasp of the menu.
Resolve conflicts among staff and address customer concerns.
Uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient service.
Maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems effectively.
