Main Duties:

• Record all cash activity in QuickBooks, including deposits and checks, code them to the proper accounts, and use this information to prepare financial statements.

• Demonstrates the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external customers including outside vendors, department leaders, other associates, and contract employees.
• Actively contributes suggestions for cost-saving areas within the Guild.
• Assists other members of the Guild in projects as needed and is a team player.
• Demonstrates support of the Thompson Way program by participating in various activities.
• Actively guards the confidentiality of sensitive information including but not limited to the patients, staff and the health system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Associates Degree in Accounting or related business degree or comparable amount of work related experience required.
• 1-3 years experience in business office/accounting environment required.
• Prefer previous accounts payable and bookkeeping experience.

Pay Range: $16.00-20.00

Starting Pay: $16.00-$17.00
