DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for analyzing financial data from the GFEBS Financial accounting system to produce financial management reports to include: obligation plans, spend plans, expenditure plans and schedules.
• Execution of programs in GFEBS.
• Creation and management of WBS' in GFEBS.
• Basic financial knowledge of Direct versus Reimbursable government funding and appropriations.
• Responsible to work with the Product Office Management to ensure all duties are completed as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years of General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Desired FMS Experience in terms of financial Budget execution.
• Experience in Analyzing and clearing of variances of data in GFEBS and conversion of extracted data into Excel spreadsheets.
• Pulling of IDOCs, UMTs and analysis and reconciliation of reporting information: daily, weekly, monthly and Ad Hoc.
• Experience in creation of Sales Orders, audit sample research and experience with SPS, LMP, DTS, FCM and TPPS.
• Maintain workflow tables and SOF Reports and can troubleshoot system errors to resolution.
