Reporting to the CT Scan Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing computed tomographic imaging examinations under the general direction of a radiologist and in accordance with established policies and procedures. Explains procedures to patients and/or family members ensuring cooperation and optimum test results and to reduce anxiety. Assembles all necessary patient information and delivers to radiologist for interpretation and review. Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. May be required to rotate through all campuses of Aria Health Radiology.

Education:Satisfactory completion of a formal CT Scanning training program or equivalent training as specified by the American Registry of Radiologisc Technologists (ARRT).

Experience:Minimum one year experience working as a CT technologist in a healthcare facility.

Licensure, Certification amp; Registration:American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and eligibility for CT Certification.
