DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE LEARNING and DEVELOPMENT Job Description:
The director of training will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning and development programs for staff members and management team at Thomas J. Henry Law. The training manager will collaborate closely with department heads and stakeholders to identify training needs, develop tailored learning solutions, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
