Financial Reporting and Consolidations Manager
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Drafts technical accounting policies when required for new and changing situations
- Prepares consolidated financial statements including intercompany eliminations and adjustments
- Prepares entity level financial statements on a monthly basis
- Assist with the coordination, preparation, and reporting for the annual budget
- Prepare quarterly bank compliance certificate and update related bank covenants
- Ensures financial statements comply with US GAAP
- Prepare for and support year-end financial statement audit activities
- BA in Accounting & CPA required
- 3 years’ experience in public accounting required
- Technical knowledge of GAAP.
- Foreign currency experience.
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel - Strong financial modeling
