Accounts Payable & Office Admin
Job Description: This is a dual-role position responsible for handling tasks related to accounts payable, as well as providing comprehensive front desk reception management and support services to ensure efficient operations of company office functions. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with excellent administrative and basic accounting skills.
Primary Duties:

• Process a high volume of invoices for payment.
• Maintain expense reports.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements.
• Prepare and distribute checks and ACH payments weekly.
• Respond to vendor inquiries.
• Work with the Accounting Team to resolve/research discrepancies.

Secondary Duties:

• Serve as the first point of contact for the company, greet visitors, and direct them appropriately.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries and manage outgoing mail.
• Maintain office supplies and kitchen inventory.
• Update website and social media content.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of applicable experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Moderate experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Bilingual a plus
