**Thomas Cuisine is hiring a Swing/Graveyard Prep/Grill Cook for BioFire's corporate dining!**

**Friday-Tuesday with Wed & Thurs off shift is 5pm-1:30am at $15 an hour anything after 6pm is $16.25**

**Saturday and Sunday hours worked after 6pm your wage is $18.75**

**Starting at $15/hr plus weekend and night differential pay!**

**Full benefits, PTO/Vacation time, Wellness program, profit-sharing, and much more!**

**Friday -Tuesday 5 pm-1:30 am**

* Experience with high-touch customer service environments , c reativity, and plate presentation skills a must , scratch-made cooking experience ,

* h igh volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable , p rep and knife skills are preferred, m ust be able to Sautee, work oven, slicers and rational ovens, b e able to keep your station clean and maintained,

* f ood handlers Permit is required, m ust be able to successfully complete criminal background check

* The candidate will need to help keep each station's concept stocked for the meal period. You must be able to follow recipe standards, knife skills, and safety, clean as you go, work with speed, accuracy and know-how to prioritize tasks.

* Be a team player and assist co-workers when in high volume.
