**Looking for Grill Cooks to join our team in a corporate dining facility!**
If you have experience at a high volume grill, deli or strong background in prep cooking, please contact us.
We are a scratch restaurant in a corporate dining setting where work life balance is an integral part of our culture. Experience in a high-volume professional kitchen highly sought. This a Tuesday through Friday with Saturday's schedule at 4:30pm-1am. This is a full time position with benefits and PTO.
* **What you should have:**
Previous cooking / culinary experience (willing to teach)
Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
Follow caf guidelines concerning guest services, food and physical safety, maintenance and equipment/space cleaning, requirements at all time.
Prepare food items, ensuring consistency and compliance with the Cafe's recipes, portioning, cooking, and waste control guidelines.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Excellent knife skills
Attention to detail, cleanliness
Positive attitude
**What you would do:**
Cooks work in stations during meal service, cooking food to order and serving directly to the dining audience. As customer service is an integral part of the job, applicants must be professional in appearance and discourse. Prepping and cleaning for morning shift is expected.
