Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher & Laborers to join our construction team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and precise finishing of concrete surfaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare concrete surfaces for finishing by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing
- Set up forms and ensure they are properly aligned
- Pour concrete into forms and spread it evenly using various tools
- Use hand and power tools to create desired textures and patterns on concrete surfaces
- Apply sealants, curing compounds, and other finishing materials as needed
- Monitor and adjust the curing process to achieve desired results
- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Skills:
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as concrete mixers and pumps
- Ability to read construction schematics and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
