Thomas Concrete Machinery is Hiring a Parts Specialist Near Greenville, SC

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering parts, and ensuring timely delivery to support our operations.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track parts inventory and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with vendors to procure OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts
- Manage shipping and receiving processes for incoming and outgoing parts
- Conduct demand planning to ensure adequate stock levels
- Oversee inventory control to minimize shortages and excesses
- Assist in equipment repair and maintenance as needed
- Operate forklifts for moving parts within the facility

Requirements:

- Experience in procurement management and demand planning
- Proficiency in sap or similar inventory management software
- Knowledge of automotive repair or equipment repair processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control is preferred
