Talento Search Group has an opening for a Human Resources Assistant in Mellen, Wisconsin. This is a direct hire, 1st shift position with a starting pay of $19 - $21 per hour depending upon experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Tracking of all applicants and onboarding processes
• Assist for FMLA tracking
• Employment Verifications
• Complete D.O.L. paperwork as needed
• Assist with new hire benefits enrollment
• Serve as backup for STD, FMLA and Payroll
• Update ERP/HR systems consistently and correctly
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

• Minimum HS-Diploma - Associates or Bachelors in Human Resources or related preferred
• Minimum 2 years current experience with HR / Payroll systems - experience with Kronos a plus
• Understanding of FMLA, D.O.L., Payroll, Office Applications, Accounts Payable and Benefits Administration
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to correspond in Spanish is a bonus
