BDC Representative

This expanding Internet Dept is seeking a full-time BDC Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Manage and follow up on leads generated through various sources.
• Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate departments for further action.
• Schedule appointments for customers with our sales and service departments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and timely follow-ups.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive products, features, and industry trends. Continual product training provided
• Effectively communicate product information to customers and address any questions or concerns.
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions, manage leads, and streamline communication processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive industry but not necessary. We will train.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
• Excellent computer skills are a must.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements::

• 1 year of internet sales preferred
• Automotive product knowledge and experience preferred
• Knowledge of automotive BDC a plus but not necessary
• The right personality, goal-oriented and motivated candidate will be given the opportunity!

Summary
The BDC Representative role requires a dynamic individual with a background in retail sales, and customer service while a background working in a dealership is helpful it is not required. Proficiency in outbound sales and phone etiquette is essential for success in this position. Additionally, candidates with experience in automotive sales will be highly valued.
