Senior Analyst, Practice Operations

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Practice Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with our providers and business stakeholders, from supporting workforce management to monitoring provider response times. You’ll play a role in efficiently supporting and scaling our provider network, and enabling high-quality patient care across all of our brands. You must be comfortable speaking with others across various channels (primarily email/message) compassionately and professionally. You will be responsible for gathering data to support/update/edit forecasting models, and notate practice needs as we scale. 

This position will report to the Director of Practice Operations and work cross-functionally with workforce management and Institute Practice Managers to solve problems, sustain capacity planning, and efficiencies, and unlock the potential of our team. Above all, you embody the Thirty Madison mission of providing access to healthcare for all who suffer from chronic conditions.

  • The base pay range for this position is $81,360 to $111,870 per year

**Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual incentive plan and stock options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

What you get to do every day 

Optimize Provider Capacity Model

  • Strategically enhance Provider Capacity Model for improved efficiency
  • Proactively analyze and manage provider-driven metrics to optimize patient care timelines
  • Lead needs assessment and coordination of provider-care coverage through advanced forecasting models and routine data analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement of day-to-day workflows to meet evolving needs and resource availability
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to conduct data analysis and generate impactful insights, contributing to informed decision-making and strategic planning within the organization.

Project Management

  • Lead project management initiatives to support operational enhancements across KMG medical group and Practice Operations
  • Assist with monitoring provider licensing and credentialing needs as they pertain to gaps in coverage
  • Oversee project management and database software for Provider Operations teams
  • Other ad-hoc, medical-operations related tasks
  • Other duties and projects as assigned, based on business needs

What you bring to the role

  • At least 4 years of experience in an operations, consulting, or similar role.
  • 4 years of experience in forecasting/projecting needs from data 
  • Experience in healthcare, provider relationships is a major plus!
  • Strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to use data analysis to build impactful insights. 
  • Expertise in Excel a must, experience with business intelligence software such as Looker, preferred.
  • Advanced Google Suite knowledge and the ability to navigate and build spreadsheets are a must 
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and initiatives
  • Aptitude and enthusiasm to learn the ins and outs of a fast-moving business in the healthcare world
  • Advanced written and verbal communication
  • Superb judgment, the ability to think quickly on your feet, and with deep empathy
