Growth Partnerships Associate

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven marketer to help us scale growth on offline marketing channels for Keeps and Nurx! As an Associate on the Growth Marketing team, you will support customer acquisition initiatives with a primary focus on influencer channels, along with supporting efforts across Podcast, TV/OTT, and other growth partnerships. To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working with large budgets across multiple channels and contributing to delivering on CAC and ROAS targets. You should be interested in, and in tune with, the latest trends in the creator marketplace and have a finger on the pulse of what’s working for advertisers across all social platforms. In addition, a keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, an analytical mentality, and a can-do attitude will also be key to success! Above all, you embody the Thirty Madison mission of providing access to healthcare for all who suffer from chronic conditions.

• The base pay range for this position is $74,400 - $93,000 per year.**

**Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual incentive plan and stock options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

What you get to do every day

• Plan, launch, and optimize new influencer campaigns across YouTube, Podcasts, TikTok, and Meta, ensuring all creative, legal, and clinical guidelines are met
• Analyze fluctuations in performance and cross-channel data to identify factors driving impact to channels and the business in order to take performance to the next level
• Work with agency partners to generate a strong roster of acquisition-driving creators with tests across new platforms, content genres, and more
• Support Brand marketing campaigns that utilize influencers as part of larger initiatives
• Collaborate with Paid Social team to develop a steady stream of creator-generated ads
• Work with Creative to refresh copy and visual assets and to prepare toolkits for creators for new product launches
• Lead proactive outreach to drive direct partnerships with top tier creators; manage those relationships with white-glove service

What you bring to the role

• 2 years of high-performance experience working on marketing teams and growth initiatives, ideally in DTC/e-Commerce
• Experience in some combination of offline channels, influencers, or paid social
• Analytical mentality and hands-on experience with Google Sheets/Excel and Looker or any other data tool to produce reports.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and the desire to bring structure to undefined procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
