Think Consulting is Hiring a Sr. Account Executive- Staffing Near Baltimore, MD

This position is 100% remote. Prior experience within the staffing industry is REQUIRED.
About the role

Think is seeking an Sr. Account Executive to drive net new business and manage existing business across our IT and Professional Staffing Portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with our recruitment delivery teams to ensure we are providing qualified candidates and meeting business needs. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in developing and executing client-specific strategies in collaboration with the account team.
Responsibilities

  • Establish actionable account plans for each account in your portfolio, ensuring clear objectives and measurable targets are set.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and proactively addressing their needs.
  • Conduct client surveys to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for expanding service offerings.
  • Identify potential areas for growth within existing client sites and develop/implement business plans to increase sales.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and coordinate the preparation of proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Implement and oversee a quality program, conducting Quality Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Negotiate contracts for assigned accounts, administer account contracts, and track sales performance and budgets.
  • Foster a proactive sales process by identifying and pursuing opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Act as a point of contact for high-level problem resolution and develop action plans to address account issues.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Director counterparts to prioritize orders and develop successful delivery strategies.
About you
  • Must have experience in an agency environment
  • 7 years of experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • IT staffing and solutions experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand
  • Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment and be capable of regularly using analytical skills and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements while working with other team members
