About the opportunity 

The Senior Integration Consultant participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support), and may will one or more activities. Deliverable responsibilities include gathering customer requirements, configuring the Ceridian solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to and oversite to more junior consultants, identifying risks and working with team to resolve.

• Consult and provide best practices and recommendations on new product functionality ensuring the client is maximizing their investment.
• Document and validate customer’s business requirements and map to product functionality.
• Configure application to meet customer’s documented business requirements.
• Conduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) and document with meeting minutes.
• Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.
• Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise.
• Be a “go-to” resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external users.
• Contribute to internal product initiatives.
• Document solutions and contribute to a solutions repository.
• Contribute to internal knowledge share; review posted feedback on a continuous basis and respond to questions.
• Participate in Continuing Education sessions.
• Complete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release.
• Approximately 85% billable utilization.

Skills and Experience we value

• 5 years of Integration experience in ERP implementation or support 
• Demonstrated history in critical thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills 
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on shared initiatives
• Passion for client success and deep interest in understanding client needs 
• Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment 
• Experience in fast paced, complex HCM delivery
• Prior Dayforce experience preferred 
• Prior reporting writing and payroll skills highly preferred
