What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Direct hiring top technical talent in US & Mexico
  • Manage recruitment via our applicant tracking system
  • Look at ways to improve the candidate experience and implement them
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices and actively implement strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.
