Quick Temp Cooling is now seeking a HVAC Lead Installer - Journeyman to join our team at our Tulsa location. Quick Temp is proud to maintain a full-service HVAC fleet in the Tulsa metropolitan area. Quick Temp specializes in servicing residential & commercial applications and provides new construction services. These services include HVAC system design, preventative maintenance, on-demand service, and overall system support. Quick Temp’s goal is to provide rapid and reliable, service to its customers. Role and Responsibilities:

• Install all types of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• Perform system inspections and assessments to determine installation requirements.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeframe.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during installation processes.
• Interpret and follow technical manuals, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
• Test installed systems for proper functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

• EPA Certification 
• OK Journeyman License (Required)
• Driver's License & clean driving record (Required)
• Minimum of 5 years of installation experience (residential/commercial)
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with Smartphone, iPad etc 
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Trouble-shooting skills
• Strong attention to safety
• Ability to work independently and on a team
