Quick Temp Cooling is now seeking a HVAC Comfort Sales Consultant to join our team at our Tulsa location. Quick Temp is proud to maintain a full-service HVAC fleet in the Tulsa metropolitan area. Quick Temp specializes in servicing residential & commercial applications and provides new construction services. These services include HVAC system design, preventative maintenance, on-demand service, and overall system support. Quick Temp’s goal is to provide rapid and reliable service to its customers. Referrals have been the primary factor in our growth, and we will do everything possible to maintain our clients’ confidence and trust.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Develop key client relationships while negotiating and closing deals.
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
• Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information pertaining to our products and pricing.
• Bring in new potential Residential and Commercial customers.
• Become an expert of your market area and know the customer’s needs.
• Help set aggressive sales plans and propose expansions.
• Be involved in community activities.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

• Proven track record in sales.
• Financial acumen: The ability to determine if a job is profitable and what operational activities affect positive or negative results.
• IT Knowledge: Previous experience with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, CRM software and the latest sales applications.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Good presentation and public speaking skills.
• Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines.
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Highly motivated, flexible and have a great attitude on life.
• Driver's License & clean driving record (Required)
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
