Therapy Shoppe, Inc. is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Springs, MI

Leading therapy toys/specialties company seeking a self-motivated, dedicated team player who is eager to grow long term in a key position with our company. We are a thriving, family run business in Cedar Springs with a close-knit staff and friendly working environment. We’ve been serving therapists, teachers, and families all over the world for 30 years (and are going strong doing what we do best)!

Primary duties include:

· Phone interaction and email correspondence with customers

· Basic bookkeeping and data entry

· Preparing itemized quotes

· Processing orders and payments

· Communicating and coordinating effectively with other staff

· Filing

· Working closely with our lead buyer

Requirements:

· Superb verbal and written communication skills

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and punctual

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

· Strong typing, proofreading, and spelling skills

· Moderate computer knowledge and word processing skills

· Accuracy and reliability

· Friendly, helpful demeanor

· Proficient math skills and ability to calculate percentages
