We are seeking a highly motivated, fashion forward, detail-oriented, experienced Boutique Manager to join our team! As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our boutique and our team of associates, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales.

Duties:

-Manage sales, inventory, and provide excellent customer service.

-Provide one-on-one guidance to customers and provide a wonderful in-store shopping experience.

-Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

- Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and development.

- Maintain a clean and well- organized boutique environment.

- Handle customer questions, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail and/or management or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of retail math and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

- Excellent administrative skills, including inventory management and scheduling.

- Ability to manage a team effectively, providing guidance, feedback, and support.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

-Social Media experience is a plus!
