Key Responsibilities:

·The RWS-United Airlines will be the face of Therabody in the United Airlines Polaris Lounge. This person will facilitate UA Polaris guests in product demos and services.

·Administer client sessions using our suite of services and technologies

·Ensure facility and equipment are clean, properly maintained, safe, and in working order

·Understand and use universal precautions when providing services

·Maintain an unwavering focus on the end-to-end customer experience

·Provide expert guidance in the effective use of technologies, products and services - and can explain their benefits to clients with ease

·Manage register, merchandise, and service transactions

The Right Person Would Have:

·Ideal candidates will have 3 years delivering services in a fitness, wellness or healthcare facility

·Ideal candidates will have 3 years working in a mid to high end retail setting

·Ability to work any day/time of the week, no restrictions

·Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job including: standing for 8 hours, occasionally sitting, walking, kneeling, and reaching, lifting or moving up to 50 lbs.
