Beyond its industry-leading vertically-integrated operations, the company currently operates several high-volume retail locations in multiple states. We are thrilled to be bringing our world-class operations to the City of Medford, MA this summer.

Summary:

We are seeking part-time enthusiastic team members to join our team at our brand-new location in Medford, MA. Cannabis Consultants will support day-to-day retail operations while providing impeccible customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Functioning as a cannabis consultant, you will deliver world-class service to our valued guests.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and pick up other shifts as needed (up to 29hrs wk)
• Support all accurate inventory processing and sales execution in our POS system.
• Help handle all related selling and consumer facing tasks.
• Help support all facets of accurate scanning, and product movement.
• Follow procedures and standards for all Theory systems and processes.
• Drive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) adherence around sales and service.
• Ensure compliance with the CCC
• Drive exemplary peer support and relationships within Theory to support company initiatives.
• Other duties relating to TWI’s dispensary operations on an as needed basis.
• Execute side duties, or tasks are required around cleaning, organization, and cash handling.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
• All other duties assigned

Requirements:

• At least six months experience on a POS system
• Ability to work a varied retail schedule, to include weekends & evenings up to 29hrs week
• Cash Handling Experience
• You work best in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to solve unexpected problems quickly and under pressure
• Strong, systems, software and computer skills
• High-energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• You have a passion for cannabis
• At least 21 years of age
• No drug related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Valid Driver’s License
