Job Schedule:
- Mondays - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- On Call Weekends, Once Every 5 - 7 Weeks

Job Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or Higher
- Valid RN in State
- 2 Years of Home Health or Hospice Experience
- 1 Year Using any EMR
