The opportunity

We are seeking a caring RN to join the Bethany team.

The RN helps to lead a team of hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers in developing a plan of care to provide for the needs of our patients and families. We serve patients in private residences, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. 

Requirements:

• RN License in PA
• At least one year of nursing experience, hospice experience is a plus
• Vehicle, driver’s license and car insurance
• Understanding of hospice philosophy and needs of the terminally ill (we can help you with this one!)
• Satisfactory criminal background check
• Presentation of negative TB test or CXR as required by state law
• Demonstrate good nursing judgement and excellent observation and communication skills 
• Ability to provide good written documentation in a timely manner
• Desire to be part of the best hospice team in western Pennsylvania
