The Yard Milkshake Bar is looking for energetic and friendly Team Members, Shift Leads, and Assistant Managers to join our location in Georgetown, Texas. We are located on 940 W University Ave Ste 120 in the Wolf Crossing Shopping Center. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, hard-working, reliable, and available days, nights and weekends.

As one of our Team Members you will:

• Dip, Mix, and Decorate some of the most popular and Instagrammable milkshakes in the country
• Gain valuable real-world business, specialty food service and customer service experience
• Work closely with other Team Members to ensure customers have a fantastic, fun and tasty experience when they visit The Yard Milkshake Bar.
• Receive competitive compensation. Our Team Members pool tips in addition to a base hourly wage. Starting base wage has averaged $14.50 an hour, combined, for the past two and ahalf years.

The Yard Team Members are expected to:

• Demonstrate passion for serving your community, a willingness to clean often and comprehensively, physical stamina to stand on your feet for long shifts as well as heft heavy tubs of ice cream, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
• Familiarize themselves with our ice cream flavors and our specialty shake and sundae combinations, and to be able to enthusiastically make suggestions to and answer questions from our customers
• Be available to work weekdays, weekends and late nights during the Summer season
• Provide consistent, world-class service to every single customer
• Be reliable, honest, on time, and ready to hustle for every shift
• Must have or obtain a Texas Food Safety course certification

*Wednesdays to Tuesdays *Weekends REQUIRED *Day shifts *Night shifts
