About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for the Western US Cell Therapy Sales Field Team. This key leadership role is focused on the effective implementation of the US commercial strategy within the Cell Therapy Account Management and Key Account Director Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategy execution, including the development and rollout of revenue strategies to meet goals. They will lead key account teams, oversee the development of strategic account plans, and be involved in demand generation. The role also requires a strong emphasis on clinical and product education, thought leader engagement, and advocacy. The Executive Director will work to expand the company's presence within the market, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of inclusion and growth.Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a Doctorate, Master's, Bachelor's, Associate's degree, or a High School Diploma with the respective years of experience, and a proven track record in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, preferably within cell therapy and/or hematology. Basic qualifications include the ability to operate in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and to ensure the same across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology, exceptional leadership and performance management skills, and a history of achieving business goals. They should be adept at developing and maintaining meaningful workplace cultures, as well as fostering talent development and retention. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient engagement of customers.
