Job Overview:

We are seeking a front of house lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant management, possess strong leadership skills, and be familiar with POS systems like Toast POS. we have a unique fun atmosphere that includes a bar, restaurant as well as an arcade. We also host many events and have bands on our stage!

Duties:

- Oversee front-end operations, including customer service and transactions
- Supervise front-end staff and provide guidance as needed
- Utilize Toast POS system for order processing and inventory control
- Assist with restaurant management tasks as required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a front-end or assistant manager role within the restaurant or food service industry
- Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Toast POS, for transaction processing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
