Job Description

Position Overview:

The Sales Counselor will perform a number of tasks within The Woodlands to assist the Marketing Department. Responsibilities will include coordinating prospect events and assisting the marketing department in a wide range of projects to enhance the efficiency of the Marketing Department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordination of prospect events sponsored by the Marketing Department.
• Greet customers and provide tours.
• Participate and oversee in-house mass mailings to ensure that mailing is completed in a timely manner.
• Follow-up to customer base to promote attendance at Special Events.
• Data entry of customer information.
• Manage inventory of Marketing Department office supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Management, Marketing, Public Relations or comparable area of study.
• 1-2 plus years experience in Sales/Marketing
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, focused and ambitious.
• Projects self-confidence and enthusiasm.
• Professional demeanor, team player, positive attitude.
• Ability to prioritize, juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines, both as an individual contributor and a team support membee.
• Uses resources effectively and efficiently to reach goals.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
