WVH, an industry leader in premium wall paneling, is searching for an experienced and enthusiastic inside sales administrator to join our creative team. You will be responsible for helping to drive revenue by understanding sales processes to engage with potential customers, build and cultivate relationships, and effectively communicate the value of our products and our company.
A successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, versatile, adaptive, process- oriented, and a team player.
Role:
Reporting Relationship: The position will report to the National Sales Manager.
Salary: $45K Base w/ bonus based on sales

Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation and Dispersion- Manage and distribute leads to the sales team. Identifying potential customers and opportunities. Research and qualify leads, gather contact information, and initiate outreach to generate interest and create sales opportunities.
● Sales Outreach –
○ Identify and track open draft orders/ sent invoices/ sample order follow up.
○ Outbound calls
○ Weekly reporting tracking wins, losses, forecasting of future sales through outreach and follow up.
○ Contact leads and prospects through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media. Help to facilitate the value proposition of our products, address concerns, and help move the sales process forward.
● PK and Development - Have a deep understanding of our products and effectively explain our product features, benefits, values, and competitive differentiators. Having the ability to demonstrate and present our products to potential customers.
● Sales Pipeline Administrator – Work with sales team to ensure pipeline is current to track and prioritize leads, opportunities, and customer correspondence. The ability to understand and manage CRM and ensure accurate forecasting of sales.
● Relationship Building – Build and nurture relationships with new and current customers. Build rapport, actively listen to customer needs and concerns, and be solution based. Maintain follow-ups, provide ongoing support, and address any customer concerns.
● Invoicing – Provide customers with accurate invoices and follow up on payments.
● Collaboration with CS and Sales - Ability to effectively communicate with outside sales representatives, management, B2B partner sales teams, and other departments within our organization. Transparent communication skills. Sharing customer insight and providing input on sales strategies and approaches.
Inside Sales Administrator Qualifications and Requirements:
● 2 or more years of administrative work with understanding of sales techniques, processes, and strategies.
● Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying leads.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of tracking sales metrics and reporting.
● Technical proficiency with CRM software, email tools, and other sales technology platforms.
● Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Collaborates well with the customer service and operations team.
● Possible travel and ability to attend trade events.
