- Oversee and manage the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as necessary
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Skills:
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and forklifts
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to fabricate, assemble, and disassemble components
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
