Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
• Preferably 1-year experience in working the RAI process
• Preferably 1-year experience in MDS Coordinator

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shift Needed: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm/9:00am-5:00pm
• Wage: $30.00-$35.00
• Sign On Bonus: $5,000
