Description

**Job Title:** Preschool Teacher
**Job Type:** Full-time
**Location:** 9740 Rosehill Rd, Lenexa KS 66215
**Salary Range:** $15 to $18 per hour
**Job Overview:**
As a Preschool Teacher at Rise Above LLC, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children by creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for learning and growth. You will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering social and emotional development, and building strong relationships with both children and their families.
**Responsibilities:**
  • Plan and implement daily activities that promote the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development of preschool-aged children
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and supported
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is conducive to learning and play
**Requirements:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  • Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of each child
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
