WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

This full-time position in customer service and hospitality has a varying scheduling, working rotating shift with weekends and on some holidays.

Since then, the company has developed or repositioned more than 40 hotels under franchise agreements with Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, and Choice Hotels. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

• High school diploma or GED, required.
• Some college/associate degree, preferred.
• 8-9 years of managerial experience in the hotel industry, required.
• Experience working with OnQ system, preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and inter-personal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills.
