Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The Nursing Assistant will provide direct patient care and support. We are also seeking individuals for the role of LPN and Personal Care Aide/Companion.
Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed by the healthcare team
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Document patient information and care provided in medical records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a Nursing Assistant training program preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical documentation preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience in hospice care or acute care settings
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience caring for children
- Proficiency in medication administration and catheter care systems
