The Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall design strategy for wellness centers and wellness residential projects in alignment with THE WELL's brand and values.
• Lead a team of designers and collaborators to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is achieved within budget and timeline constraints.
• Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design concepts to enhance THE WELL's competitive edge.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and quality control to ensure that design standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Foster a creative and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Present design concepts and proposals to senior management, clients, and partners with confidence and professionalism.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury and lifestyle design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects in the wellness or hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of design principles, spatial planning, materials, and finishes.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and wellness design trends is a plus.
• Hybrid remote role, NY preferred, with ability to travel.
