POSITION SUMMARY:
The Wound Care Coordinator reports to and receives general direction from the Director of Nursing and is responsible for delivering quality wound care and preventative measures to maintain skin integrity to assigned residents in compliance with applicable federal and state guidelines and established policies and procedures.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1. Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
2. Must possess a current and unencumbered Registered Nurse License in the state the facility resides in Tennessee
