This is an incredible opportunity for a single site workingAccounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Manager. If you have 3-5 years’ experiencein finance in a Senior Housing setting, you just might be the right candidate.

We are seeking an outstanding professional to process/manage day to dayfinancial operations in our senior housing community. The right candidate willbe analytical, hands on, team player with exceptional communication and timemanagement skills and experienced in being fully responsible for cashmanagement, billing, collections, accounts payable, payroll process. You mustalso have a true passion for working with seniors.

• Provide financial updates to managers by reporting appropriate data points
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Maintain financial controls and guidelines
• Support short- and long-term operational strategies

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in a financial role in a Senior Housing Setting
• Excellent analytical skills
• Computer and systems literate, including Procurement, Point of Sale and Payroll
• Proven leader
